Data Analyst IV (SIE): Leading complex data analytics, statistical modeling, and predictive analysis for readiness-based spares in Navy and DoD programs with an accent on logistics sustainment and decision-making support. Location: Remote (United States). Requires active U.S. national security clearance, US citizenship, and ability to obtain/maintain it. Travel may be required to customer sites and offices.
Salary: 107,000 - 140,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Lead advanced data analytics, statistical modeling, and predictive initiatives for readiness-based sparing models supporting strategic decision-making.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define objectives, translate business challenges into data-driven strategies, and shape problem statements.
- Develop and execute complex readiness, sustainment, and logistics modeling aligned with Navy/DoD program objectives.
- Extract data from tools, assess quality, build pipelines, and document processes for readiness-at-cost models.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor junior analysts, and drive continuous improvements in analytics processes and workflows.
- Communicate complex technical information and collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering and system experts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 10+ years in systems engineering, logistics analysis, or modeling/simulation.
- Advanced experience in data engineering and readiness modeling in DoD or complex environments.
- Expert in reliability, maintainability, availability (RMA) principles and lifecycle sustainment analysis.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver integrated solutions.
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Expert with Opus Suite (OPUS10, SIMLOX, CONNECT) or equivalent platforms.
- Experience exporting/analyzing data from Navy systems.
- Familiarity with supportability analysis and readiness-based spares packages.
- Understanding of aerospace/defense industry and DoD policies.
