What you will do

• Provide top-tier service to golf course partners via inbound phone calls and emails.
• Manage internal request queues for inventory updates, marketing, and promo codes.
• Ensure partners are represented accurately on GolfNow.com and their own booking engines.
• Collaborate with sales, support, and development teams to enhance operational processes.
• Utilize GolfNow Central management software to manage tee time inventory.
• Conduct weekly Quality Assurance reviews for other team members.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to work in the Orlando, FL office.
• Detail-oriented self-starter with outstanding verbal and written interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills, specifically with Excel and Google Docs.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends, occasionally on short notice.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com.
