What you will do

• Review and action complex account change requests ensuring regulatory accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Billing, Insurance, and HSE to manage account requirements.
• Conduct global entity research using international registries and government databases to verify corporate information.
• Interpret legal agreements and merger/acquisition documents to determine operating authority and eligibility.
• Provide leadership, peer coaching, and act as a primary escalation point for Account Changes Analysts.
• Audit OSHA records and maintain extensive knowledge of safety manuals and regulatory documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in or within commutable distance to Calgary (Alberta, Canada) or Lehi (Utah, USA).
• Clear and diplomatic verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of OSHA recordkeeping regulations and the ability to calculate relevant statistics.
• Proficiency in navigating Salesforce and understanding supplier account processes.
• Experience researching companies and regulatory records across the USA, UK, and Australia.
• Proven ability to lead by influence and support peer performance.
