Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 a year

What you will do

• Develop core functionality for Buildings as Code application using dotnet ecosystem, primarily idiomatic F#.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and contribute ideas to advance project capabilities.
• Collaborate with small distributed team on day-to-day progress and provide mentorship.
• Investigate alternative technology stacks with preference for strongly-typed languages.
• Apply research to real projects and help evolve initiative into SaaS serving major tech companies.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
• Fluency with high-level, statically-typed language (e.g., F#, C#, C++).
• Experience developing code for large and small applications, ideally AEC-related.
• Strong written communication about code and use of version control/pull requests.
• Ability to break down complex features, solve compile-time/run-time issues, and understand other technical domains quickly.
• Respectful, empathetic communicator who solves problems independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Awareness of AEC industry tools, especially Revit.
• Experience iterating on solutions and leading feature implementations.
