Location: Remote (United States). Must be eligible to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided. Approximately 25% of the role involves on-site visits to client facilities.

Salary: $145,000 - $180,000 a year

What you will do

• Lead discipline-specific design efforts and serve as a trusted technical advisor for complex security projects.
• Manage project delivery, ensuring work is profitable, aligned with scope, and meets high-quality standards.
• Mentor and coach designers and engineers through design reviews and actionable feedback to improve their technical judgment.
• Strengthen firmwide consistency by contributing to standards, templates, and workflows via GitHub Pull Requests.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and support strategic pursuits, including technical narratives and fee proposals.
• Perform site visits, field verifications, and programming sessions to ensure accurate coordinated delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or equivalent technical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services with expertise in ICT, Physical, and Electronic Security.
• Proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, and GitHub.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (the company is unable to sponsor visas).
• Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder projects with minimal oversight.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as PSP, CPP, or CDT.
• EIT or PE licensure.
• PMP certification.
