TL;DR
User Engagement Intern (Customer Success): Supporting the SMB and E-commerce customer base by managing account activation and the post-purchase journey with an accent on relationship building and data-driven user success. Focus on collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences and driving project completion.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do
- Drive account activation and manage the post-purchase journey for SMB users.
- Serve as the primary point of contact from purchase through order enablement.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to identify future opportunities.
- Collaborate with Renewals, User Success, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Utilize data to track KPIs and ensure user success.
- Troubleshoot daily issues and independently manage projects to completion.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Operations, or Business Analytics.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to leverage data for tracking and achieving targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI is a plus.
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Must be able to work from the Dublin office 3 times per week.
