Senior DevOps Engineer (Fintech)

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead our DevOps transformation and establish world-class software delivery practices across Unlimit. You will architect enterprise-wide CI/CD strategies, build automation-first solutions, and create the foundation for AI-powered delivery pipelines that will accelerate how we build, test, and deploy the next generation of financial technology products.

Position requires relocation to Serbia (Belgrade).

What You'll Be Doing:

• Architecting company-wide CI/CD strategies, designing golden pipelines, and implementing GitOps-based deployments and progressive delivery methods.
• Embedding governance, observability, and guardrails alongside Platform and Security teams.
• Identifying and integrating AI-driven capabilities such as predictive failure detection, automated root cause analysis, and intelligent code quality checks into the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications You Bring:

• 4+ years architecting and operating CI/CD systems at scale (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, ArgoCD).
• 3+ years of production experience with: Docker (multi-stage builds, image optimization), Kubernetes (Deployments, StatefulSets, Helm, Service mesh), and Terraform.
• Expert-level GitOps implementation: Argo CD, Flux CD, Policy-as-Code (OPA, Kyverno).
• 3+ years designing cloud-native CI/CD architectures (AWS required).
• Experience with custom metrics, instrumentation, log aggregation, and large-scale monitoring.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with eBPF-based observability.
• Relevant certifications: AWS, Azure, GCP, or Kubernetes.
