What you will do

• Design and build end-to-end ML infrastructure to transition experimental models into high-availability production services.
• Develop low-latency inference services (<100ms) for real-time oddsmaking and risk analysis.
• Lead the creation and optimization of a centralized feature store for diverse business domains.
• Implement MLOps best practices, including CI/CD for ML, automated retraining pipelines, and observability.
• Collaborate with the Infrastructure team to build core components for training and experimentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering with a track record of deploying scalable ML platforms.
• 2+ years of end-to-end ownership of production ML systems, including on-call response.
• Proficiency in streaming architectures (Kafka, Flink, PubSub) and low-latency service development.
• Deep experience with SageMaker, VertexAI, Vector DBs, Graph Databases, Redis, or Elasticsearch.
• Expertise in Python and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Go, C++, or Rust.
• Background in Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS), oddsmaking, or high-frequency trading.
• Experience enabling self-service for ML/Data Science teams.
• Experience with AI agents and AI coding for iterative development.
