DevOps Team Leader

Location: Sportyvna Square, 1a, Kyiv, Ukraine (onsite, full-time)

What you will do

• Resolve the most complex DevOps tasks in production environments.
• Lead the team of Product Operations and DevOps engineers.
• Conduct comprehensive audits of service management processes and plan improvements.
• Establish key operational performance indicators and reporting plans.
• Provide immediate response to alerts and incidents.
• Liaise with support levels, third parties, and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver regular reports to direct manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 5+ years as DevOps or SRE engineer, 1+ years leading or managing teams.
• Strong ITIL framework understanding and hands-on production experience with zero tolerance for errors.
• Strong experience in Linux, networking, Docker, Ansible/Puppet, Git/Jenkins, AWS, Kubernetes/Nomad, Terraform IaC, monitoring (Grafana/Prometheus/Nagios/Sensu), logging (Elastic Stack/Loki).
• Programming skills in Python/Bash.
• Fluent English (oral and written) for interaction with senior management and stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Experience supporting web applications with microservices architecture.
• NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
