What you will do

• Manage bid qualification for new opportunities and coordinate virtual teams from technical, sales, finance, legal, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and review commercial aspects, ensuring all services are priced correctly.
• Track and manage risks throughout the bid process.
• Contribute to proposal content and presentation for winning bids.
• Ensure timely delivery of complete, commercially sound bids and handle handoffs to execution teams.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports and planning for management.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in solutions/services and bid management from opportunity to project delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Croatian
• Creative and innovative thinking

• Teamworking skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication abilities
