Hybrid (Remote + London office 2 days/week)

£2,750/month | £5,500 total over 8 weeks, equivalent to £33,000/year pro-rata

What you will do

• Join a core team and deep dive into daily operations to observe workflows.
• Identify AI opportunities for automation, productivity, and innovation.
• Brainstorm, test ideas, and build prototypes of AI-driven solutions.
• Attend team meetings, present findings, and collaborate on initiatives.
• Participate in weekly AI intern all-hands to share progress and refine strategies.
• Present best ideas and prototypes at the end-of-program AI Innovation Showcase.
• Work closely with the CEO for guidance and coaching.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or placement student, preferably in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Deep proven interest in AI beyond coursework (side projects, research, tool building, experiments).
• Highly ambitious, self-driven, and proactive in solving problems.
• Creative thinker able to translate AI into business value.
• Strong communicator comfortable presenting to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excited to work fast as a cohort and build real impact.
