What you will do

• Provide technical thought leadership to inform architecture, delivery, and product decisions across the organization.
• Own systems and capabilities end-to-end, ensuring technical direction, quality, and long-term health.
• Design reusable platform primitives and frameworks to reduce duplication and accelerate team velocity.
• Deliver across the full stack using Angular, .NET, C#, Python, and data layers like PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
• Drive technical initiatives across squad and functional boundaries, building consensus through credibility and judgment.
• Develop the technical capability of other engineers through design reviews, mentorship, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience with a portfolio of complex, system-level contributions.
• Demonstrated ability to own entire systems or capabilities with impact extending across multiple teams.
• Proven track record of leading technical initiatives and driving adoption of standards without direct authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for articulating strategy to executive stakeholders.
• Must be a US Citizen

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries or familiarity with GRC, FedRAMP, NIST, or OSCAL.
• Background in enterprise SaaS companies transitioning from startup to scale.
• Experience building platform primitives such as SDKs, CLIs, and internal APIs.
• Familiarity with producing reliable, enterprise-grade AI and ML integrations.
• Cloud native experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
