TL;DR

What you will do
- Provide technical thought leadership to inform architecture, delivery, and product decisions across the organization.
- Own systems and capabilities end-to-end, ensuring technical direction, quality, and long-term health.
- Design reusable platform primitives and frameworks to reduce duplication and accelerate team velocity.
- Deliver across the full stack using Angular, .NET, C#, Python, and data layers like PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
- Drive technical initiatives across squad and functional boundaries, building consensus through credibility and judgment.
- Develop the technical capability of other engineers through design reviews, mentorship, and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- 12+ years of professional software engineering experience with a portfolio of complex, system-level contributions.
- Demonstrated ability to own entire systems or capabilities with impact extending across multiple teams.
- Proven track record of leading technical initiatives and driving adoption of standards without direct authority.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for articulating strategy to executive stakeholders.
- Must be a US Citizen
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated industries or familiarity with GRC, FedRAMP, NIST, or OSCAL.
- Background in enterprise SaaS companies transitioning from startup to scale.
- Experience building platform primitives such as SDKs, CLIs, and internal APIs.
- Familiarity with producing reliable, enterprise-grade AI and ML integrations.
- Cloud native experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
