What you will do

• Conduct primary and secondary research to monitor macroeconomic, political, and business developments in SSA and analyze implications for multinationals
• Support creation of analysis and presentations advising senior executives on business implications of SSA developments
• Write concise, impactful research deliverables for senior executive readers

Requirements

• 1–2 years of work experience
• Bachelor's (preferably Master’s) degree from top-tier institution in Economics or relevant field
• Strong economics knowledge and ability to apply macroeconomic principles to SSA developments
• Demonstrated knowledge of key SSA markets and current socio-political/economic environment
• Research experience including hypothesis-testing, primary/secondary research, survey-building
• Exceptional English communication skills to distill complex topics for non-specialists
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to cover diverse topics, quantitative economic analysis, problem-solving, team-oriented
