What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical expert for ML capabilities across various frameworks and data modeling.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to identify AI/ML-driven transformation opportunities for global customers.
• Develop and deliver narrative-driven demos, AI workshops, and proofs-of-concept.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer needs into platform features.
• Coordinate with sales and domain specialists to mature complex AI-focused opportunities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Austin, Texas, United States
• Degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or another quantitative field.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data and analytics applications.
• 5+ years of experience in technical data science, solution engineering, or AI/ML presales.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex ML concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Supply Chain planning processes, especially in retail verticals.
• Familiarity with EPM, CPM, BI, or ERP systems.
