hirify.global starts companies around promising open source projects, recruiting founders from OSS communities and accelerating them to Seed rounds.

What you will do

• Own custom internal software used to launch and support companies, scaling from 2 to 100+ per month using AI for automation.
• Identify and assess open source projects suitable for starting new companies.
• Contribute to underlying OSS to support portfolio companies, even pre-founder.
• Serve as system administrator for OCV infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Software engineering background in backoffice systems and workflow automation.
• Proficiency with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude), APIs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab), testing, containerization, and deployments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
