What you will do

• Support the editorial process for academic research journals in clinical medicine and related fields.
• Organize the peer review process for submitted manuscripts and coordinate editorial decisions.
• Manage email communication between all parties involved in the publication process.
• Ensure scholarly articles are accurately edited and published according to tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with other members of the editorial and production teams.

Requirements

• PhD (preferred) or Master's degree in Clinical Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology, Epidemiology, Public Health, Nursing, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, time management, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the academic editorial process.
