• Collaborate closely with product managers, product designers, and other engineers to turn rough specs into features that automate processes.
• Find elegant solutions to usability problems.
• Ramp on new web technologies that will make hirify.global better.

Requirements

• Product-minded and committed to building the best user experience.
• Experience working on complex software systems.
• Knowledgeable about modern web technologies like Node.js ES6, TypeScript, React and excited to learn new ones.
• Understand trade-offs between engineering solutions, value pragmatism over idealism.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, high-growth environment.
• Full professional English proficiency.
