Lead Fullstack Engineer (Web3)

Location: Paris or Remote (must be within time zones -5h GMT to +2h GMT)

What you will do

• Architect and deliver DeFi products using React/Next.js, GraphQL, and blockchain data indexers to ensure sub-second response times.
• Design the API and SDK strategy for hundreds of integrators, including versioning patterns and real-time streaming systems.
• Build and optimize high-performance data systems processing millions of on-chain events across 15+ blockchains.
• Lead technical architecture reviews and establish coding standards to elevate the team's technical capability.
• Own observability and incident response using OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and Sentry.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience building fullstack applications at scale with measurable business impact.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, React/Next.js, GraphQL (Apollo Server), Node.js, and viem.
• Hands-on experience with on-chain data indexers (Ponder, Subsquid) and EVM event structures.
• Proven track record of leading technical initiatives across multiple teams.
• Must be based in a time zone between -5h GMT and +2h GMT.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to communicate complex technical decisions clearly and asynchronously.
