What you will do

• Own and lead product application strategy for Protection Semiconductor and related product lines.
• Serve as the expert for ecosystem-level use cases to enable early customer design-in and influence roadmaps.
• Translate application needs, customer feedback, and market trends into clear product definitions.
• Engage directly with key customers to support strategic opportunities and long-term application roadmaps.
• Lead and develop a team of application engineers and technical professionals.
• Collaborate globally with R&D, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful product execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in semiconductor, power electronics, or related technical domains.
• Experience in product application, system engineering, FAE, or technical leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to influence product roadmaps and business decisions through technical insight.
• Management experience leading engineers or technical professionals.
• Strong system-level technical understanding and application problem-solving capability.
