TL;DR

L1 Support Engineer (Customer Support): Providing first-level technical assistance to users with an accent on troubleshooting and incident resolution. Focus on resolving technical queries, handling incoming tickets, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Location: Hybrid in Budapest, Hungary

What you will do

  • Provide L1 technical support and troubleshooting for clients.
  • Manage and resolve technical queries as part of the Client Services Support team.
  • Participate in a mandatory 3-week technical training session.
  • Work in a shift-based environment to ensure continuous support coverage.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Hungary or possess valid Hungarian/EU work authorization.
  • Written and verbal fluency in English.
  • Ability to start on the fixed onboarding date of June 15, 2026.
  • Availability to commit to the initial training schedule (Monday–Friday, 16:00–00:00).

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal).
