What you will do
- Provide L1 technical support and troubleshooting for clients.
- Manage and resolve technical queries as part of the Client Services Support team.
- Participate in a mandatory 3-week technical training session.
- Work in a shift-based environment to ensure continuous support coverage.
Requirements
- Must be based in Hungary or possess valid Hungarian/EU work authorization.
- Written and verbal fluency in English.
- Ability to start on the fixed onboarding date of June 15, 2026.
- Availability to commit to the initial training schedule (Monday–Friday, 16:00–00:00).
Nice to have
- Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal).
