What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for end users, LMS administrators, and corporate clients.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and guidance via phone, email, and web-based tools.
- Support clients using the Canvas LMS platform to ensure a positive user experience.
- Serve as a liaison during problem escalations, ensuring smooth handover to the Tier 2 Support team.
- Track issues and collaborate with internal teams to ensure complete resolution.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Budapest, Hungary.
- Ability to provide high-quality technical assistance via phone and digital tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-centric approach.
