What you will do

• Support the development of different components of the automation software stack.
• Conduct market research on key topics to inform product strategy.
• Assist in defining the product roadmap and managing stakeholder discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
• Evaluate new applications and proofs-of-concept to prioritize the roadmap in a data-driven manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Computer Science, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in Embedded systems, Robotics, and/or Mechatronics product development.
• Experience with hardware and software product lifecycles, specifically NTI/NPI processes.
• Relevant experience in industrial software product management.
• Ability to understand complex hardware systems and industrial robotics.
• Experience working in matrix environments collaborating with R&D and field support.

Nice to have

• MBA in Product Management (in progress).
• Experience developing electro-mechanical systems and products.
• Experience in the enterprise and datacenter server industries.
• Knowledge of factory KPIs and practical experience in improving them.
• Understanding of manufacturing logistics.
