Data Architect (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

TL;DR

Data Architect (Microsoft Dynamics 365): Designing and governing data migration, integration architecture, and CRM data models for a multi-vertical SaaS platform with an accent on scalable onboarding and data integrity. What you will do

• Design and govern data migration, integration architecture, and CRM data models within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Protech).
• Establish standardized migration playbooks, mapping templates, and reusable ETL frameworks to accelerate onboarding.
• Architect and oversee ETL processes using SSIS, KingswaySoft, and Pentaho Data Integration.
• Conduct client data readiness assessments and define data cleansing and validation frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure reporting accuracy and long-term platform scalability.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to analyze source system data structures and identify quality risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or related roles.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM data structures, and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS and enterprise ETL development.
• Experience with KingswaySoft and/or Pentaho Data Integration.
• Current, unrestricted authorization to work in the US without sponsorship (including OPT/H-1B).
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure data services (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL).
• Experience migrating data from legacy CRM/AMS systems and non-normalized data sources.
