What you will do

• Develop advanced Generative AI solutions, including intelligent assistants, RAG systems, and content generation apps.
• Build and operationalize ML pipelines, from customer data analysis to production cloud deployment.
• Design project scopes, roadmaps, and effort estimations for analytical and deployment tasks.
• Lead AI workshops and client discoveries to translate business challenges into AI applications.
• Mentor teams of researchers and present analytical proposals to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with DevOps and ML Engineers to productize machine learning pipelines.

Requirements

• Expertise in Generative AI, NLP, and large-scale transformer models (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini).
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with diffusion models for both text and image generation.
• Hands-on expertise in fine-tuning models like BERT and GPT-4.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) business communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in Colombia.
