Software Engineer (AI)

TL;DR

Software Engineer (AI/Fullstack): Building an AI-native care platform to solve the mental health epidemic in America with an accent on scalable systems and LLM integration. Location: Must be based in and work in-person in New York City (NYC) 5 days a week. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary: $150K – $220K + Equity

• Design and build scalable, reliable systems powering core product workflows.
• Ship high-quality code that balances speed and technical rigor.
• Manage system reliability, uptime, observability, and performance as first-class engineering concerns.
• Leverage cutting-edge AI to create intuitive and novel clinician and patient experiences.
• Conduct thoughtful code reviews and provide technical mentorship to the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional working experience in high-quality environments.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work in-person in NYC 5 days a week.
