Salary: $92,700.00 - $161,850.00 USD

What you will do

• Co-design AI solutions directly with customers to solve real business problems rather than technology-first approaches.
• Develop human-centric AI features using Python and modern frameworks in fast feedback cycles.
• Implement intelligent document processing, automated workflows, and AI-powered analytics.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional pod including product managers, UX designers, and researchers.
• Provide technical advisory on AI system design, architectural trade-offs, and best practices.
• Practice Agile and XP methodologies, including TDD/BDD and daily pair programming.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software application development experience (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript preferred).
• Full-stack development capabilities.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model (8 days/month onsite) at one of the designated US locations.
• Proficiency with AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and GenAI utilities (ChatGPT, Claude).
• Experience with Agile/XP, TDD/BDD, and pair programming.
• 1+ years of experience delivering complex technical projects from inception to delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure AI services, LangChain, or Hugging Face.
• Background in startups, innovation teams, or product-focused companies.
• Knowledge of document processing, financial data analysis, or B2B professional software.
• Experience with MLOps and AI governance in regulated/compliance-driven environments.
• Microsoft Azure AI App and Agent Developer Associate certification.
