What you will do

• Provide technical support on hirify.global hardware and software via online sessions, telephone, emails, and occasional on-site events
• Solve and escalate technical issues
• Handle support cases by collecting relevant customer information and recording in CRM according to procedures
• Interact with other departments and escalate customer feedback

• Good verbal and writing skills at an Upper-intermediate level in English and Ukrainian
