What you will do
- Provide technical support on hardware and software via online sessions, telephone, emails, and occasional on-site events
- Solve and escalate technical issues
- Handle support cases by collecting relevant customer information and recording in CRM according to procedures
- Interact with other departments and escalate customer feedback
Requirements
- Customer-oriented approach
- Good communicator with ability to ask and listen
- Good verbal and writing skills at an Upper-intermediate level in English and Ukrainian
