What you will do

• Create, refine, and iterate on custom voices for customers using various technical approaches.
• Clean, edit, and prepare customer audio to ensure optimal quality for cloning and generation.
• Provide hands-on training and technical guidance on hirify.global tools and best practices.
• Execute and contribute to Audio Quality rated labeling projects.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing, or mastering.
• Strong proficiency with DAWs such as Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, or Ableton.
• Deep intuition for voice characteristics, timbre, clarity, and performance nuance.
• Experience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear audio and voice-design solutions.
• Strong organizational discipline for operating within a time-based service model.
