Accounts Executive (iGaming)

What you will do

• Process supplier and B2B sales invoices accurately within the accounting system.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and record daily bank transactions.
• Manage monthly accruals, prepayments, and journal entries.
• Execute month-end close activities, including reviews of general ledgers and trial balances.
• Prepare monthly management accounts for assigned international subsidiaries.
• Maintain organized finance documentation and manage the accounting mailbox.

Requirements

• MQF Level 5 Diploma or Higher Diploma in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of previous experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software; familiarity with Business Centre is an advantage.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model based in Malta.
