What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design of the hirify.global app and product UI, from interaction architecture to final visual polish.
• Own and evolve the comprehensive product design system, including components, patterns, and tokens.
• Translate complex health and biometric data into clear, calm, and premium user interfaces.
• Partner with product, engineering, and brand teams to ensure a coherent in-app experience.
• Set the craft benchmark for the product surface as the reference point for all designers and partners.
• Prototype interactions and flows to validate concepts quickly before engineering investment.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in product/UI design with a portfolio demonstrating mastery of interaction and visual craft.
• Must be based in New York City to meet the 3 days/week in-office requirement.
• Experience designing for health, biometrics, or data-rich consumer applications.
• Deep fluency in Figma as a design, prototyping, and system-building tool.
• Strong sensibility for motion and transitions in user interfaces.
• Actual working practice with AI design tools such as Cursor and Claude.
