Backend Developer (Adobe Experience Manager)

What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert in AEM Cloud platform development for enterprise projects.
• Develop backend services including Sling servlets, models, and OSGi components.
• Build and maintain RESTful integrations between AEM and other enterprise systems.
• Create and execute unit test cases to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
• Manage content deployment workflows and troubleshoot issues within the AEM platform.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and Agile teams using Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), preferably AEM Cloud.
• Proficiency in Java development (core and frameworks).
• Strong knowledge of Sling, JCR, and OSGi.
• Experience with RESTful web services and system integrations.
• Proficiency with Git/Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with JSP, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Vagrant, Chef, or Puppet.
• Knowledge of configuring web servers such as Apache or NGINX.
• Experience with build automation tools like Maven, Jenkins, TeamCity, or Bamboo.
• Expertise in OSGi configuration management.
