What you will do

• Design and maintain secure backend services for transaction processing and ledgers.
• Implement real-time data pipelines and manage event-driven architectures.
• Optimize relational database schemas and query performance.
• Manage distributed, containerized cron jobs and background workflows.
• Identify system bottlenecks and ensure high availability of core services.
• Collaborate with product and finance teams to deliver robust software solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Golang.
• Proven experience with Kafka for event streaming.
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL schema design and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes cron jobs.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with payment platforms like Stripe, NetSuite, or Oracle.
• Experience with cloud-native monitoring tools like Chronosphere.
• Proficiency in Java or React.
