Salary: $150,000 – $275,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Scale the platform to support 100+ million users by building high-quality features for creators.
• Develop and iterate quickly on the Electron-based desktop application using React and Redux.
• Collaborate directly with leadership and the community to ship features regularly.
• Optimize code performance and use profiling tools to ensure efficiency in production.
• Apply A/B testing and analyze usage metrics to measure and improve feature performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency with React, Redux, and Electron.
• Must be based in New York City to work 5 days a week in the office.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript and Node.js.
• Ability to take end-to-end ownership of complex features with high attention to detail.
• Passion for gaming and experience with gaming-adjacent products like Discord.

Nice to have

• Full-stack experience including Java, C#, or C++.
• Previous experience working on gaming-related projects.
