What you will do

• Process and analyze payment instructions across multiple countries.
• Collaborate daily with banks and payment processors to ensure system efficiency.
• Conduct proactive analysis of transactional flows to mitigate risks and implement improvements.
• Manage the full lifecycle of daily transactional processing.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including TPV, SLA, and conversion rates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve payment issues.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in payment operations, banking, or fintech.
• Strong technical background in payments processing.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Analytical mindset with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in Cairo to support a hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SQL.
