What you will do

• Plan, execute, and deliver audits across operational areas including ERM, vendor management, HR, marketing, and customer care.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop audit programs, and evaluate controls and governance effectiveness.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvements, providing actionable recommendations.
• Utilize data analytics (SQL, Excel, Power BI) for planning, testing, and visualizations to detect trends and anomalies.
• Prepare audit reports, communicate findings to stakeholders, and track remediation.
• Collaborate with business, tech, and data teams for high-quality audit support.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is a MUST
• 5+ years in internal/external audit or risk/control roles, preferably in fintech or fast-paced corporate environment
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related
• Relevant certifications (CIA, ACCA, CPA, CISA) advantageous
• Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, risk-based auditing, and frameworks like COSO
• Experience auditing operational processes across functions
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) preferred
• Analytical skills, business acumen, communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities
