What you will do

• Research and develop new technologies related to multimodal foundation models and generative AI.
• Design and execute large-scale model training and conduct performance evaluations across multiple benchmarks.
• Develop prototypes for new algorithms and present research results both internally and externally.
• Collaborate with researchers from universities on long-term, high-impact research projects.
• Dive into state-of-the-art technology in AI, Computer Vision, and AR/VR domains.

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• English: Independent (CEFR B2) required.
• Practical experience in computer vision or multimodal learning.
• Record of publications in top-tier conferences (e.g., CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS).
• Experience using machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud environments like AWS or GCP.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of professional experience in software or R&D.
• Experience training Large Language Models (LLMs) or Vision-Language Models.
• Experience with RAG or large-scale model deployment.
• Business-level Japanese proficiency.
