What you will do

  • Assist with the installation and initial setup of legal software products and services.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting to resolve common technical issues for clients.
  • Accurately document customer inquiries and technical issues in the management system.
  • Follow detailed scripts and guidelines to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level specialists when necessary.
  • Provide feedback on common issues to help improve the internal knowledge base.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve common technical problems.
  • Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Capability to understand and follow technical scripts and documentation.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Bois-Colombes, France (hybrid model).
