What you will do
- Assist with the installation and initial setup of legal software products and services.
- Provide basic troubleshooting to resolve common technical issues for clients.
- Accurately document customer inquiries and technical issues in the management system.
- Follow detailed scripts and guidelines to resolve problems efficiently.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level specialists when necessary.
- Provide feedback on common issues to help improve the internal knowledge base.
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve common technical problems.
- Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Capability to understand and follow technical scripts and documentation.
- Must be based in or able to work from Bois-Colombes, France (hybrid model).
