Internship Stipend: from €1,200 to €1,400

What you will do
- Support client contracting: participate in preparation meetings, client negotiations, drafting/reviewing SaaS T&Cs, consulting agreements, NDAs, DPAs, procurement documents
- Manage contract administration: handle from signature to distribution, record in CRM/CLM tools, follow-up on collections and pre-litigation matters
- Conduct legal research on topics like competition, e-commerce, GDPR for legal teams and internal clients
- Contribute to legal department process improvements during company growth
- Collaborate in an international team on various legal and business initiatives
Requirements
- French: Native or bilingual proficiency
- English: Fluent (written and spoken)
- Currently enrolled in Business Law / IT Law program
- Strong interest in e-commerce industry
- Autonomous, proactive, with strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent proficiency with IT and office tools
