TL;DR

Legal Intern (Deeptech): Supporting the legal team in day-to-day operations and legal research for a quantum computing startup with an accent on contract review and legal process optimization. Focus on implementing efficient legal workflows and conducting research on deeptech-related legal matters.

hirify.global is developing the first universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer to solve the world’s hardest problems.

What you will do

• Conduct legal monitoring and research on topics relevant to the company’s activities.
• Assist in the review of standard agreements and support the drafting of simple contracts and legal documents.
• Contribute to the implementation of legal processes to improve team efficiency.
• Help centralize, organize, and maintain legal documentation for accessibility.
• Provide operational legal support for daily tasks across various business areas.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Law (M2) or a Trainee Lawyer (EFB / Bar School candidate).
• Strong skills in legal research and legal writing.
• Experience with automation tools and ability to streamline and optimize processes.
• English proficiency required.
• Must be based in Paris.

• Proficiency in French.
