What you will do

• Lead and deploy Operational Excellence (OPEX) initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, SMED, and 5S to optimize site performance.
• Ensure deployment and compliance of the hirify.global Production System (MPS), including managing internal and external audits.
• Coordinate and manage TISAX certification and recertification, specifically focusing on OT systems (industrial IT).
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators (PPI, IPCO Technical) to identify and lead cross-functional improvement projects.
• Collaborate with production and support functions to facilitate industrialization and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Engineering degree, ideally in Industrial Engineering or Operational Excellence.
• Proven experience in an industrial or automotive environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Lean tools (5S, SMED, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen) and problem-solving methodologies like QRQC.
• Knowledge of MPS or similar production systems.
• Good professional level of English proficiency.
• Understanding of TISAX requirements is considered an asset.
