What you will do

• Manage product life cycles, assortments, and catalogues
• Lead product launches by selecting global initiatives for local markets, creating presentations, and developing toolkits
• Support promotions and point-of-sale activities by briefing agencies and developing creative assets
• Analyze sell-in and sell-out data
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Sales, Trade, Purchases, and Finance

Requirements

• Recently graduated (BBA or master’s in business, Marketing or similar)
• Good command of English and Spanish
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong Excel and analytical skills
• Experience in Marketing departments (international, luxury companies a plus)
• Passion for beauty and ability to thrive in fast-paced, diverse environment
