What you will do

• Conduct regular individual and group alcohol and drug abuse counseling sessions.
• Develop and revise comprehensive patient treatment plans and maintain detailed records.
• Perform intake and readmission services, providing supportive follow-up counseling.
• Coordinate patient care with community providers and execute necessary referrals.
• Ensure strict adherence to program policies and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
• Provide crisis intervention and conduct in-service training for staff on addiction.

Requirements

• Current CADC or LCDP credentials required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in human services or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Providence, RI.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues with proper judgment.
• Knowledge of substance abuse populations, treatment planning, and human social services.
