Location: Based in Limassol, Cyprus. Full relocation support available for the employee and their family.

What you will do
- Provide L1 and L2 support for hardware, software, and internal systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain workplace equipment including laptops, monitors, and meeting room setups.
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including inventory tracking and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers.
- Document configurations, processes, and common solutions for the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with IT, Network, and Infrastructure teams to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting MacOS, Windows, and Linux.
- Basic networking knowledge covering connectivity, cabling, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with IT asset management processes.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
