Internal Infrastructure Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Provide L1 and L2 support for hardware, software, and internal systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain workplace equipment including laptops, monitors, and meeting room setups.
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including inventory tracking and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers.
• Document configurations, processes, and common solutions for the internal knowledge base.
• Collaborate with IT, Network, and Infrastructure teams to ensure smooth organizational operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting MacOS, Windows, and Linux.
• Basic networking knowledge covering connectivity, cabling, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with IT asset management processes.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
