Position: Internal Infrastructure Engineer
📍 Location: Limassol | Hybrid
We are a regulated European online broker. Our mission is to help traders lose as little money as possible during trading. We believe that business growth is a direct function of the quality we bring to customers, and we make decisions based on what improves the client’s experience.
We are looking for an Internal Infrastructure Engineer to join the team responsible for the internal IT platform and employee working environment.
The mission is to design and operate a predictable, secure, and low-friction internal IT system that enables teams to move fast and remain autonomous.
We expect you to::
— Design and evolve the internal IT platform (tools, standards, employee environment)
— Own IAM (SSO/MFA, roles, access lifecycle, auditability)
— Own corporate perimeter security (vendors, controls, incidents, auditability)
— Own workplace infrastructure (devices, network, office environment)
— Manage external IT services and vendors (delivery, reliability, compliance)
— Build self-service (service catalog, knowledge base, workflows)
— Drive reliability (monitoring, incident management, RCA)
— Embed DORA / GDPR / ISO requirements by design
What we’re looking for:
— Strong ownership mindset (end-to-end responsibility)
— Focus on enabling team speed and autonomy
— Systems thinking and ability to scale operations via automation
— Experience with IAM, SaaS platforms, and workplace infrastructure
— Strong security and ICT risk management knowledge
— Familiarity with GDPR / DORA / ISO 27001
— Understanding of operational resilience (BCP, DR, data lifecycle)
— Experience managing IT vendors, contracts, and SLAs
