TL;DR
Senior DevOps Engineer (AdTech): Building and maintaining Kubernetes environments, Helm and Kustomize configurations, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines for a high-load advertising network with an accent on stable service operation and infrastructure reliability. Focus on managing testing-to-production environments, integrating Kafka and observability stacks, and designing solutions for systems processing over 7 billion events per day.
Location: Relocation to Limassol, Cyprus is required; work visa provided for the employee and guest visas for family members.

TrafficStars operates a high-load international advertising network processing more than 7 billion events per day across a 3.6-petabyte ClickHouse cluster and 500+ servers.
What you will do
- Support product development needs in collaboration with the product development and infrastructure teams.
- Develop and maintain Helm charts, Kustomize configurations, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Build and manage environments from testing through production.
- Ensure stable operation of services and identify potential infrastructure issues.
- Research, test, and implement solutions that optimize processes and improve service quality.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes.
- Experience with Kafka and other message brokers.
- Proficiency with Git, GitLab, and GitLab CI.
- Hands-on experience with the Prometheus stack and ELK/EFK.
- Willingness to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus.
Nice to have
- Experience with ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Redis, or Aerospike.
- Proficiency in a scripting programming language.
