• Engage with community members while following client-specific tone and communication flows.
• Participate in community conversations using genuine subject matter knowledge.
• Provide constructive feedback based on community interaction and personal experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Discord moderation or other chat-based platforms.
• Strong safety instincts to quickly identify phishing, harassment, and rule violations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and moderate impartially.
• Capability to build rapport with users while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Availability for part-time freelance work from any time zone.
