TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (AI): Generating new demand and qualifying marketing leads for strategic accounts with an accent on outbound outreach and lead qualification. Focus on identifying buying groups, nurturing prospects via Salesforce, and collaborating with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth.

Location: Hybrid (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)

What you will do

  • Generate new demand and qualify marketing-generated leads against established criteria before passing them to account executives.
  • Identify, validate, and reach out to additional personas within buying groups to validate buying signals.
  • Nurture prospect groups using multi-touch tactics and cadences to foster meaningful interactions.
  • Manage account information, prospecting, and qualification activities within Salesforce CRM.
  • Drive tight collaboration with aligned sales teams and coordinate activities within the expanded hirify.global Team.
  • Meet monthly KPIs including signal conversion, opportunity creation, and meetings set for sellers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar sales development role.
  • Fluent level of English and Arabic.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of business research tools such as LinkedIn, Google, and Salesforce.
  • Must be based in Riyadh for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience selling high-tech products or services.
  • Outbound calling or Revenue Development Representative (RDR) experience.
  • Technical understanding of storage backup, cloud backup, and key industry manufacturers.
