TL;DR
Sales Operations Associate (Aviation): Supporting the commercial success of assigned accounts by coordinating between Sales, Delivery, and Finance with an accent on revenue assurance and cash collection. Focus on managing the end-to-end invoice lifecycle, reducing overdue receivables, and ensuring contractual alignment.
Location: Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Hybrid: up to 2 days WFH)

What you will do
- Coordinate between Sales, Delivery, Finance, and customer stakeholders to align commercial commitments with execution.
- Manage the end-to-end invoice lifecycle, ensuring timely submission and following up on customer acceptance.
- Engage with customer Finance, Procurement, and Treasury departments to accelerate payment cycles and resolve disputes.
- Maintain comprehensive tracking of invoice status, payment timelines, and aging risks for assigned accounts.
- Support the Contract Manager in preparing and reviewing agreements to ensure alignment with Saudi regulatory requirements.
- Provide weekly reporting on collection status, risks, and mitigation actions to the VP Commercial/Sales.
Requirements
- Arabic and English language proficiency is a must.
- Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Business or Administrative degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting Sales, Account Management, or Contract/bid environments.
- Exposure to commercial operations, invoicing, or contract management.
Nice to have
- Formal training in contract management, project management, or negotiations.
- Experience working within the IT or aviation sectors.
