What you will do

  • Lead, schedule, and support technicians and mechanics, assigning daily tasks for safe and efficient completion.
  • Develop and enforce preventive and predictive maintenance programs and condition monitoring to minimize downtime.
  • Oversee the diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ensure strict adherence to OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards through meetings and audits.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules with production teams to manage shutdowns and emergency repairs.
  • Manage critical spare parts inventory and track maintenance expenses for budget planning.

Requirements

  • U.S. nationality and eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
  • Proven experience supervising maintenance teams and mentoring junior technicians.
  • Technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system repairs.
  • Deep knowledge of OSHA regulations and a commitment to proactive risk management.
  • Ability to analyze maintenance logs and data to identify and solve recurring equipment issues.
