Salary: zł140,400.00 - zł210,600.00 per year

What you will do

• Build and expand hirify.global’s motion design system across events, campaigns, product storytelling, and digital content.
• Translate technical or abstract financial ideas into clean, compelling visual narratives.
• Produce high-impact animations and videos using After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere, and AI video generation tools.
• Use AI to accelerate ideation, generate source visuals, and create full sequences.
• Create static designs such as social graphics, event visuals, web assets, and presentation graphics.
• Collaborate with global department managers, content strategists, and US-based creative teams to maintain schedules and quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in motion design or animation at an agency, studio, or in-house brand team.
• Expert knowledge of After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere, Figma, and Photoshop.
• Hands-on experience creating videos using AI tools (Runway, Pika, Stable Video, or comparable).
• English proficiency at C1 level or above for daily collaboration with US stakeholders.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Warsaw.
• Bachelor’s degree in motion design, animation, graphic design, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in 3D programs such as Maya, Cinema 4D, and Blender.
